Dump Term 2, 1.01: Sleep Now in the Fire

One of the interesting things that has slipped through today was the slight security breach during the Zelensky visit.

It was reported that Russian State Media TASS was conveniently invited to the media scrum. It wasn't until just after the fallout when it was reported.

Later this afternoon it was then reported that TASS was NOT invited, and once they were found, they were escorted out of the West Wing.

Now, I'm not a security expert from North Dakota, but there are a whole lot of red flags that are waving around this entire situation, no matter *which* version of the story we're to believe.

So what was it? Was TASS, despite sanctions on Russia, hand picked to be in the meeting? If they weren't, how did they get clearance to get in with the rest of the media? How lax is security in the West Wing?

Isn’t that the mtg boytoy?

There’s no way it was a safety breach

I posted about them being there...it was reported before the meeting I believe and definitely was not a surprise.
