“Don’t tell us what we’re gonna feel, we’re trying to solve a problem,” said Trump. “Don’t tell us what we’re gonna feel.”

“I’m not telling you ...” said the Ukrainian president.

“You’re in no position to dictate that. You’re in no position to dictate what we’re gonna feel,” Trump said.

And it's such a comically bad idea. Unless the airport is in the middle of nowhere you should have some sort of terrestrial internet connectivity that will have sooo much more bandwidth and soooo much lower latency than any sort of satellite system, the latter of which would seem especially important for air traffic control. Moreso considering the vast vast majority of airports are going to be around urban areas with the highest concentration of land fiber-optic connectivity. I mean could they at least be a little more subtle with their scams.

I don’t know why I laugh out loud every time I read the word “taint” in that sentence…clearly my juvenile side will never leave my soul. Keeps me from screaming out that our mentally challenged bully classmates are running our country.

Oh my God did anyone catch the part of the Oval Office meeting where MTG’s boyfriend asks Zelenskyy why he never wears suits? “You’re at the highest level in this country’s office and you refuse to wear a suit.” “Just want to see if you do own a suit.” Zelenskyy responds “I will wear costume after war ends.” I…will anyone respect us ever again on the world stage?
 
We’d be Italy during World War I, except in reverse. And it wouldn’t shock me at all. Nothing can at this point. The Rubicon was crossed and subsequently drained for Russian agriculture on day 1.
