That's too bad. She become the "name" I associate with dog sled racing. My awkward point, speaking only for myself, if I need studs to maintain tractiion, then I'm parking my Schwinn.

As for #2...once again, quit whining. Bad calls happen all of the time. It's part of the game, and even the best officials can't be perfect. Things get missed so just deal with it and move on. It is very rare for an official to cost a team a game, and unless that happens, I just don't see the point in complaining so much. Most of the UMD fans on this board are awesome and have been for a long time, so I'm just not used to hearing it. I'm more used to it from UAA fans.;)

From another thread. UAA fans are started to get a reputation on this here board for whining about refs. See "As for #2" comment by a fan of another fanbase. A weak fanbase, but another one nonetheless.

UAA fans have led the WCHA in whining about the refs for at least the last 5 years.

It was a bit of a cheapshot, I know, but even we "weak" fanbases get one right once in awhile.;)

At least two of the four UAA fans whine about refs all the time.
