Drinking Thread: Three Sheets To The Wind

Re: Drinking Thread: Three Sheets To The Wind

DX has been looking for it. I may buy a spare bottle to stash away for when I'm done with this one.

SLP Liquor Boy has a rack of it. (Edit: not predatory, MN based, we're good on the macro sh*)

Re: Drinking Thread: Three Sheets To The Wind

Slp Liqour Boy can step on a lego. They screwed me over last time I stopped in.

I also found a bottle through Diesel.

How so?

And Plank'd by Avery is all the awesome. A bit strong, but awesome (16+ % ABV)

Hoegaarden isn’t bad. And a happy hour special from 12n-9p for a big glass hits the spot

Sure it has no nuts or fruit or Smokey flavor, but it’s beer :)

Cigar City (Tampa) cans have finally hit the Twin Cities market. :D Talking with a couple stores, it's selling pretty quickly.

I might get a Jai Alai, but other than that, they need to ship us the good stuff or GTFO.

I thought the brown ale was really really good. The citra ales were ok, probably wouldn't buy again.

Re: Drinking Thread: Three Sheets To The Wind

The Maduro is solid. I enjoy the Florida Cracker as well, though admittedly it isn't anything super special.

Nice to see they're distributing up that way though, at least.

The only CC that really gets me excited are the special releases. Huna and varients, Zhukov varients, and other bottles that members get. That stuff won't get here via the distribution network. But, all of that and more is available via secondary, so it doesn't really matter. You can get anything, if you want it, no reason to let the US's idiotic, nonsensical 3-tier system dictate what I can and cannot drink.

Re: Drinking Thread: Three Sheets To The Wind

We need more Against The Grain. Their Brown Note is one of the best browns I've had, and just had their Nothing Special rye wine today. Holy crap is that outstanding.

So... if I were to have a couple of bottles of the Raspberry from Schramm’s, would anyone be interested in it?
