Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 6: The Al Kaline edition

A safety squeeze with two out in the 9th in a 3-3 game. From Bryan Holaday, of all people.

That took balls of titanium.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 6: The Al Kaline edition

Tyler Flowers just gave Hawk Harrelson a good case of blue balls after that drive to deep center.

4-3 final.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 6: The Al Kaline edition

Robbie Ray to start on Tuesday in place of Sanchez. MLB debut. Acquired in the Fister trade. That would be one more start than Fister has made this year.

I like it. Can't be worse than Coke and the injury seems to be his only big liability.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 6: The Al Kaline edition

Nice lineup tonight. What, we didn't have 4 paraplegics that we could upgrade with?
