The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 1 - The Lou Whitaker version
Yeah. The White Sox swung the bat for the first time on the 18th pitch of the game. We're four batters in. I'll give you one good guess where the first three hitters are.
Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 1 - The Lou Whitaker version
What in the hell? This kid's head is not in the game.
EDIT: For those of you not watching, bases loaded, 1 out. A tap to the mound, Oliver turns and throws out the batter at 1st. Doesn't try to start a 1-2-3 double play. Hell, he doesn't even look towards the plate. Just turns and throws to first.
EDIT II: He bailed himself out one batter later, but this is the major leagues. That was inexcusable, rookie or no rookie.

Hey, jigglelips. If you're in the front row, put the *ing phone down and catch the ball. Or at least make sure it doesn't spill the beer. Your d-baggery just bit you in the ***.
And Boesch's ball had some hellacious english on it.
Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 1 - The Lou Whitaker version
Decent first inning, but it could have been a lot better. We could have KO'd the Sox there. A 2-spot plus a big pitch total is nice, but we left the bases juiced.
