At this point, the NFL should just have quarterbacks wear the red no-contact jersey. It'll be much cheaper than fining everyone...

Since opening day in Chicago. Gawhhhh!!! Its like the Lions are the dog that the NFL office kicks to feel better about themselves.

I sometimes think that the rest of the country likes to Kick Detroit (and all of SE MI) whever they feel like it. And we are supposed to just take it.

That may be enough unless Packers' WRs can hold unto TD passes aimed for their face and the Packers' o-line can mix in a few decent blocks every now and then.

The video they just showed of the collapse of the Metrodome roof actually looked much like the combined offensive effort in the first half.

And we get to host a Monday Night Football game!! Tonight, even!

Too bad it's not the Lions.

Nor is it really a MNF game.

Maybe next year.

Anyone planning on braving the cold, and getting free tickets, or will the Vikings and Giants face a more empty Ford Field than the Lions do?
