Looking into my Crystal Ball: The only thing I see is the Grim Reaper and an arched Denver logo. I'm not taking that as a good sign.

UNO is not an easy team to beat. They've had their struggles staying sharp against some of the lower tier teams in the league, but they do have a good team. UND can well attest to that.

BTW, Donovan was not on the ice for the first two UNO goals. Don't know about the last 2.

It's definitely been an interesting turn over the past few weeks for Denver. DU was slotted to be 4th preseason, and they are pretty much guaranteed to finish in the top 4. While it is disappointing to play poorly, especially over a stretch of a few weeks, it is important to remember that this is a young team. Gwoz outdid himself the first 2/3 of the year, and I still think he can get this team playing to its abilities and perhaps make a run to the Frozen Four. They need to pick themselves up tomorrow and get the split. If they do that, they have a good chance at finishing 2nd, and putting themselves in position for a first round bye at the Final Five.

The final indignity: an ENG at 19:59.7 UNO played a great game, good movement, good defense, outstanding goal tending. It's way late in the season for Gwoz to talk about playoff runs or how well they're playing. They're playing terribly. Everybody's entitled to play a bad game here and there. But that's not what we're seeing from DU. We're seeing something much worse. Much worse.

Great win by a very impressive corncow team. Much koodos and respect to them. DU sucked tonight on D and on the "power" play. LOL. I said power play. Better without it.

It's like the Minnesota Vikings. Promising starts to a season and then a fan bumming swoon. DU's MO for the last several seasons. What's that song by The Who? Won't Be Fooled Again?

Absolutely gifted them that game. Terrible is all i can say. So mad...i cant even swear.
