As I understand it, UNO is giving up on football but planning to build a new hockey arena.

Trev Alberts was one whale of a college football player. And a big part of why NU went 60-3 (with three NC's) in Osborne's final five seasons.

Back in the day, UNO and the Lancers both used to play to sell out crowds, on the same night.
