No. 13/14 Denver (8-6-3, 6-4-3 WCHA) wraps up the first half of the season tonight at St. Cloud State (6-9-4, 4-6-3 WCHA). Puck drop is set for 6:07 p.m. MT on Saturday, Dec. 17 at National Hockey Center (5,371). The game will be broadcast live on Denver's Sports Station 102.3 The TICKET and webcast on America One at www.B2LiveTV.com. Live blog and audio is available on www.DenverPioneers.com. Live stats and national scores are available at www.WCHA.com.

This is a big game tonight for DU. We could really use the win as we are on the outside looking in right now in the Pairwise. Speaking of which Union is currently beating Merrimack which could help us considerably if we beat Union in a couple of weeks.

Well, let's hope we can limp out there and get the points. Cloudy's gotta think they blew one last night.
BTW, we all (especially me) need to watch what we say here. Some of Jerry's Kids (and I don't mean Lewis) evidently listen in, taking notes and eating Pop Tarts, so they can post anonymous comments on the DG's blog. Strikes me as pretty childish. But there you are.

Mr. Saturday night, welcome. In the old, old days, the Black Hawks used to claim Bobby Hull lost several goals a year because they went in and came out and nobody saw it. A 120mph slapper will do that now and again.

Please, Jay, please stop with the "no relation to the sitcom actor." It has never been funny. And nobody but a hebephrenic would make the connection anyway.

I got slapped around in DG's blog today with my whining about Jay. But honestly, that's at least three times he's done it so far this weekend. And "lame" falls far short of how stupid the remark is.
