3-0 UW Justin Faulk and Mike Connolly both got game misconducts for UMD. CFB and hit to the head respectively.

That really sucked. On the other hand I'm minutes away from having some baby backs and deviled egg potato salad, it could be worse.

The Packers are playing very well. Assuming they win and the Bears hold serve tomorrow that sets up an NFC Championship game between those two in Chicago, right off Lake Michigan, with the wind howling. It don't get much more traditional than that. 'Course the Bears have to win, and I'm not optimistic.

The only guy Lombardi called "coach" was George Halas. And those two NEVER shook hands after a game.

The rebirth of a cherished American tradition! On the last Packer touchdown some idiot in the end zone displayed a John 3:16 sign during the PAT attempt. Course it wasn't that sexual deviant from years ago, I think he's working off a long sentence for kidnapping and or rape. But his heart was in the right place!
