Shots were 9 apiece in the first.

Hostile and Abusives 2 Gophers 1 end 1st

Frattin suspended for this game for a hit on Wehrs last night. Scrum followed.

All kidding aside, speaking from personal experience, it's brutal that Jay doesn't get a break between periods again tonight. I guess they figured that recorded "This week in the WCHA" feature wasn't cutting it. It's tough, baby. You want to hit the can, grab a dog and a coke and stretch your legs between periords. I'm pretty sure he hates it.

Nope. Malone was the one who hit Wehrs, but he wasn't suspended. Malone and Frattin are in the lineup tonight. In fact, Malone scored the Sioux's second goal.

Thanks for the info. Even though I'm not one for carrying a grudge, the only thing I want to hear about Malone is him doing penance.
