We are such smart azzes. BTW, anybody remember Pat and Lucy's? Cafe in the middle of the block on the west side of University run by a couple of ladies who, looking back on it, probably had a very close relationship. Anyway, home made soups and pies. The pie would still be warm when you ate lunch there. There was a while the hockey team had their pre-game meals there. Yummmy.

A little off topic, but I was talking to a downtown St. Paul restaurant owner tonight; he is VERY concerned the Gophers won't make it to the F5 AT ALL this year.

Even though they only made it to Thurdsay's game last year, that business was enough to profit on the weekend.

EDIT: That is not to say he wouldn't profit otherwise, but it is nice to know you are at least "in the black" on the first night.

I don't remember that place. Was it just north of Evans. I remember the gas station, Gene's Barber Shop, a record store and a waterbed store being there.
