Pharmaceuticals. He may get the dirt nap for the judge. After Hinckley got away with shooting Reagan, the applicable federal law was tightened. And juries really don't like these guys getting away with this sh*t. In his case, the document in his handwriting, with his signature, that says "I planned this," will be difficult for his lawyers to get around.

I hope so. But there is also pretty ample circumstantial evidence of his insanity, and I am sure there will be a parade of experts to testify that the guy is nuts.

As much as I don't approve of capital punishment, if any cases call for it, this might be one of them.
