I understand the Army mule, but what's with the Navy goat/ Shouldn't it be some kind of fish-- shark, dolphin, barracuda...?

DU has got to tie this game up or our season could be in jeopardy. Next week, we have to play Cloudy without the only guy that seems to find the net regularly. Aye, yi, yi.

I admit my prejudice, having worn a blue suit for a while, but nobody EVER asks for a rematch against the USAF. Because they're all dead or bugged out.

From my service days, I heard it's because women weren't allowed on ships and with months at sea......

Still support. Us ground pounders do the dirty work killn' folks face to face and all. Air force puts in some time and has a steak dinner that night. Us? Dehydrated meat patty bro.

I had a DI in basic who wore a CBI. And he explained there were words commonly used in the Army that were almost never used in the AF. Words like hike, bivuac, field pack, etc. He was a pretty proud old lifer, his kid had been accepted to the AF Academy.
