I guess the refs are responsible for a goal each way now. First, by stopping the puck with skates to set up the first one, then giving UMD a PP on an obvious dive that no ref should have been fooled by.

A horrible call does not vitiate that unintentional play.

UMD playing the Robbie "Oscar" Earle card: 'breathe on me and I'll fall down'. Gwoz has put that bug in the refs ear, look for an 'embellishment' call on the Dawgs

The point is, in a perfect game, the refs don't affect the outcome. Now they have done something each way that has affected the game, so fans can't say their team lost because of uneven influence by the refs..
