No it isn't, bailing out banks while letting people in the Trump admin illegally profit by foreclosing peoples' houses and doing nothing about it is what lead to that. Gutting the grass roots apparatus that got him elected is what lead to that. That admin had no momentum in the midterms because how he governed and how he talked on the campaign trail were two very different things.

Bernie will reawaken the Tea Party. If he wins, I expect a red wave in the midterms.

And after months of “Comrade Bernie” scare adds, I’m not sure he’ll be polling as well as he is now against Trump.

The midterm implosion would be aided by the Democrats repeat of running in terror from their President like in 2010. Half of them will already be running from Sanders in 2020. He better actually find those elusive progressive non voters everyone says are out there or he'll lose 35 states, get buried in the Senate and lose the House again.

Vote early and then go to a purple state and work all Election Day getting people out. That is what I intend to do.

We have the equivalent of a chance to stop Nazi Germany*, the death camps, and WW2, with one day of work, without firing a shot.

Sorry but when we literally have fascism in this country as a result of decades of neoliberal garbage policies, climate change baring down on us, and an extremely bleak outlook for the future based on the current trajectory we're on, maybe stop with the stupid concern trolling about the letter next to the guy who actually prescribes policies that address these things better than the ones that have a D next to their name and aren't even pretending to care about any of these problems. Bloomberg has literally donated millions to republicans in close senate races, if the republicans are "nazis" then he's a sympathizer.
