Demcratic Challengers 11: Saving the Republic one voter at a time!

If the delegate count at the end is something like 45-35-20 between Sanders-Biden-All Others I don't see a scenario where Sanders wouldn't get the nod. Logic would dictate that most of Warren's people if given the chance will gravitate towards Sanders and put him over the top as well as people who feel the candidate with the plurality should get the nomination.

The problem becomes if they're like 40-40 with 20 % split among a few other candidates. That could get ugly and you can't really do a unity ticket with two 80 year olds.

I agree with all of that. Super Tuesday will make the picture clearer, and allow this conversation to either shift or sharpen in focus.

Endorsed Biden on her way out.

This is going to be one of those fun "Dead candidate gets elected" results. Anybody know what the MN early voting percentage is?

No current numbers available, but early voting has been open since January 17. 17 days ago it was reported that 14,500 people had already voted.

You can but not those two. They represent opposite visions of the future. Biden wants to stop the wheel at 2015. Sanders wants to break the wheel. Completely aside from the demographics of two ancient whites with d-cks, it makes no sense for either to pick the other.

Mayor Pete to endorse Biden tonight

Weird. Dem moderates are falling all over themselves to put Bernie in a head to head with Biden while they still can, something that GOP moderates refused to do in 2016. This might be the first time the Democratic party used more forethought.

Yeah, and I could easily see Klobuchar as a Biden VP and Buttigieg as a cabinet member.

Bloomberg is still the wild card. He got into this to keep Bernie from winning. He may end up doing the opposite if he splits the moderates with Biden while Bernie runs away with the left.

At this point Warren and Bloomberg oddly enough might be having the same effect as their polling #'s are similar despite the difference in $$$ spent. Curious if either one or both ditch after Super Tuesday and then truly making it a 1 on 1 contest.

Ron Johnson already trying to get subpoenas.

To which Hunter Biden ought to say 'F U' to since apparently nobody needs to pay attention to a congressional subpoena.

Shockingly for those of us who grew up with the Dems and GOP of the 70s - 00s, over the last 10 or so years the Dems have had their act together far more than the Republicans. Conservatives used to be incompetent in governance but great in campaigning. Lately they've been incompetent at both.

With Amy out... re-evaluating again. Trying to decide now between Biden and Bloomberg.
