Legendary music producer Phil Ramone, age 79.

His death was confirmed by his son Matthew. He did not immediately give the cause, but Mr. Ramone was reported to have been admitted to a Manhattan hospital in late February for treatment of an aortic aneurysm.

Jack Pardee.

I got to know Jack a little when he was head coach of the Houston Gamblers. He had a young rocket armed quarterback named Jim Kelly and installed the Red Gun offense to take advantage. Man, they scored a lot of points. Jack was a first class guy and a pro football lifer as you can see by the article.
