At least a couple of the PP goals were just really nice re-directs or deflections by the Valiants in front of Ross. Lots of new faces and it is the first game for everyone. I am sure it is a much different mind set to skate without having Aveson and her truly other worldly talents backing you up. Cardinals played a solid 2nd, but it is tough to play quality opponents 4x5.

That Canton roster got decimated from last year to this year. Makes you at least wonder if thats why after doing a national search all summer there was no announcement and they ended up promoting the assistant. Might have been hard getting an established coach to take on a new program that was already in rebuild mode after just one season.
