D3 Game Updates Continued

Re: D3 Game Updates Continued

Do you want to tell thier computer information systems majors about network cards or should I.

I've been to the facility. Actually I don't think they have the high-speed internet available there. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere, outside of town. They'd need some serious wireless capability to be able to stream video from there.

OTOH, their men play in a nicer facility near campus, probably with high-speed internet in the building. Unfortunately, I understand there isn't enough prime ice time for both teams to share the facility (lame excuse in these days of Title IX) but that was how it was explained to me.

Re: D3 Game Updates Continued

End of 2, Elmira 2, Oswego 1. Soaring Eagles with a 43-13 shot advantage, but their second-period goals were on the power play and a 5-on-3. Since I'm only following on LiveStats, not sure about much else.

Oswego goal was wrister from just inside the circle that beat the goalie cleanly.

Elmira goal was a 9 Iron chip in from the hash marks that fluttered up and over the goalies catcher.

Elmira goal was a goalmouth scramble that eventually got banged in.

Oswego goalie standing on her head seeing many quality shots.

Chatham loses to Michigan State's club team 2-1. Eleven skaters and one goalie? What's going on there?

Re: D3 Game Updates Continued

Adrian 0 SP 0 after 1

According to nbound....huge gaffe by refs/arena staff. 3 Penalties called on Adrian within a short period of time...when the first penalty expired, they let 2 players out of the box and never put the 3rd penalty up on the board.

It looks like a MSU goalie that made 96 saves on 98 shots over 2 games happened. And a Chatham goalie who didn't make quite as many.

As for the 11 skaters, maybe there were players there that couldn't handle not getting ice time. Though I'm sure you will assert that it must be something with the coach.

By the way, this was entirely predictable for you. I notice you disappeared when Chatham was busy sweeping Oswego, but of course you'd take the opportunity to come out of the woodwork and try to stir the pot after a disappointing weekend like this.

Let go of your grudge and you'll probably be a happier person.
