BU 9 - UNH 1 shots were 36 to 20.

So PC plays NU 12:30 PM and BU plays BC next Saturday at 3 PM on Cape Cod

Surprised to not see anyone post early updates, but UMD is up 1-0 on UW after 1. Cournoyer got the goal on a play where UW's McKeough got checked into the boards and injured, but no penalty was called. Mark Johnson was irate.

UW and UMD now tied. PP goal by Decker on great individual effort. Rigsby, the goalie, got an assist. 1-1.

In Duluth, McParland scores to give UMD a 2-1 lead with 4:25 to go in the second. She skated right in on Rigsby and buried it.

That's the way the period ended. UMD with the last 7 shots on goal... they lead in shots 25-18.

It may just be me.. but UMD is controlling the 5 on 5 play.. can't take any more penalties though

Gophers have a PP goal waved off as being kicked in, but Emily West gets one even strength. Minny 1, NoDak 0, 12 minutes left first period.

Havard and SLU 1-1 after regulation. Onto OT. Sabatini and Dempsey with the goals.

End of the first in Duluth. Sarah Davis roofs a backhand past Stephanie Ney with a minute to go to make it 2-0 Gophers at the intermission.

Congratulations to SLU 2-1. Sabatine may have scored the winning goal but MacDonald deserves the first star for stoning H on so many odd-man rushes

Gophers now up 4-0 midway through the second. Jen Schoullis ripped one past Ney after making a defender look silly at the blue line.
