Can we please stop with the "he could've or should've saved this." Every goal in hockey COULD be saved just like every TD could be prevented in football.

What is your point though?? A TD or goal that should have been prevented and cost a team a game is a pretty **** good discussion piece.

Because coulda, woulda, shouldas just make you feel worse about losing. Plus if you take those goals but subtract from the goals BC should've had, it just about evens out.

This looks like a job for Captain Hindsight and his three trusty compainions, Coulda, Shoulda, and Woulda.

From an outsider's POV ... Cronin's done a very good job with the NU program bringing it out of a pretty deep hole. His recruiting is actually rather impressive as well.

If they do as the OP said (which would be stupid), we'll happily take some of those recruits. ;)

Anyways of the HE threads calling for their coaches being fired for the record I think Northeastern is the one case that should give Cronin the benefit of the doubt. It's easy to see Timmay is a detriment to ME, and the other Timmy...well.... his post January record speaks for itself at Providence. Heck, I would even advocate BU retiring Parker before I recommended getting rid of Cronin. I'm not entirely sure what you took offense to and gave me the neg rep for, but regardless, good luck to the Huskies here on out.

As was linked here a few posts up, this thread was so retarded that it even got a mention of how stupid it was on the HE weekly column here at USCHO. Nice job to the original poster. Maybe take one E out of your username and go with NU SPED RACER next time.

I'll get you back on the good when I can.

It was more because I know the person who started this thread pretty well and I know he wasn't looking to get some attention or anything like that. That's maybe the only thing I disagree with him about with regards to NU hockey. But he's a loyal and dedicated fan who sticks true to his beliefs, even when others don't agree with him. The rep was more of me defending him for how good of a fan of NU hockey he actually is.
