I betcha five minutes with Grant and he changes the flex on his stick.

Gus shoots high and right almost all the time when he lifts the puck... this is s stick problem, not a problem where he cannot get the shot off.

Didn't Sirman play last year? Apparently he isn't any better as he is still not playing

He shot wide and right last night at least once, not sure that was case all the time? He definitely is getting hacked up and hacked off. Frustration is the word that comes to mind. Pretty unusual to see him just grab a guy trailing the play and taking a penalty

Bob, nice list of Hockey East goalies. Eight HE goalies have a better save percentage than our goalie and I could care less what other teams do.

Maine hockey has always had the best goalies in the league.

Well by your post it appears you know me, but since you post with a pseudonym I have no idea who you are!

Regardless of save % all I was pointing out was no one else in the league is rotating goalies. Someone said it on a Maine thread post that Sullivan is boring. Maybe that is the problem. All I care about are results! So Paw if you know me come out from behind a fake name, if you don't it's BobF to you!:D

With a team like Maine has they ought to be confident they can win, especially at home, no matter who is in net. Sullivan has been good, but he hasn't been Tim Thomas can't sit him down because he's too hot good.

Grant was honored at a dinner at the Black Bear Inn in Orono on July 21, 2007, the night before the Alumni hockey game on July 22. It was quite an event, with a lot of alumni returning and a lot of tributes to Grant.

Also saw him in the Friend's room at the North Dakota series.

Was a great weekend, boy Northeastern forechecks hard!

Robby dee got robbed on an assist on Spencers goal, they gave it to Gustav, and he never touched the puck the whole play lol, odd.

Sullivan made a phenominal save in the first to keep the game 1-0, hes playing great!!

Diamond stepped it up again and caused havoc infront of the net!!!

Hopefully Will O'neil heals up soon.

I guess BobF it is. I only know one person who posts here.

Perhaps solid can be considered boring. Solid is good and it will give us good results. If I was a UNH fan I'd feel real good because that could be enough for a HE championship.:p As a Maine fan will solid be good enough in the NCAA's?

Maine hasn't had the best goalie in the league in six years. After the train wreck that Maine has had in net the past two years I'm happy to have a boring goalie who gives up two goals a night and doesn't let in soft goal after soft goal and give games away.

I noticed that too, but a little media (even this) will end the scoring streak that they so desperately are trying to keep alive. (the better Gus does, the better Tim looks)
and Dee would not have an assist anyway, it went Abbott to Dee to Abbott to House to Abbott, so, so Dee was not the second to last to touch it, Abbott was.

Just look at him last year. He led the nation in points but was 29th in goals.

Darling was def the top if not the top 3 in the league, he was sick but just had some issues.

Your right, he chipped it to Abbott, then House kept it in and Abbott fired it. I don't know how he missed the one Abbott set him up empty net, the goal judge even turned the red light on, anyone have a better view then I did?
