Did you know that the reason there are so many vacant career civil servant positions under Trump, so many "acting " heads of departments, and so many completely incompetent and useless members of this administration is because of some huge un-named group that were calling for experienced people to not work for Trump?

I don't even know what people consider the "1st World" anymore but I do know that there are dozens of countries with better politics, economies, healthcare, and general respect for human beings than what we find here in the United States.
We are an arrogant nation, but at least the arrogance used to come with a reason. Not anymore. How much of the world's population is better off in their home country than the average American is in the USA? And that's the AVERAGE American. For the poor, they'd be better of in two thirds of the rest of the world than they are here.
I might like quite a few people in my country, but it's safe to say I'm no longer fond of the country itself. Seeing what the "United States of America" has become, maybe we would have been better off letting the Confederacy go. Of the 5 or 6 countries we probably would have ended up becoming, I'm sure 1 or 2 of them would look a lot more like some of the more stable places in Western Europe or some other parts of the world. And be much better places to live, work, and play than a lot of places in our current nation.
