You are absolutely right! I am simply amazed at the ability of people to invent any nonsense, instead of directing their efforts in a constructive direction, thinking over ways to contain the virus, to help the sick. For example, I learned about the development of a program "Drones to deliver coronavirus testing kits backed by UK Space Agency" to those who were allegedly infected. I think this is a great way to contain the disease and minimize the risk of transmission.

I told my wife to tell her work to fuck themselves if they give her grief over wearing her full face respirator. This shit is suuuuuper fucked up and out of control right now. And we've got a governor too scared to do anything about it.

Pence isn't better on COVID, and Pence wants a future and will probably start distancing himself from Trump once it becomes untenable for him. Rats, ships, and all.

My one hope is that the CDC starts working with Biden and company and just straight up ignore anything from the White House.

I take it Walz has to deal with the same horse5h!t from the MN Senate as my Governor does from the entire legislature here in WI? At least you have half the legislature with some grounding in reality. Here most of them are full on MAGAts and Evers has been almost completely neutered.

Charlie Baker is the new Trump. A lot of towns in mass had gone into the ‘red’ zone so his brilliant solution was to change the criteria and now hardly any are. We’re in for a rough winter.
 
Final number was 132k...that is half of what Canada has had TOTAL! At this rate we will pass 10 million cases next week.

So the meadows thing is kinda funny. Anyone who didn’t get it from the first White House wave is almost certainly going to have it now. You can be damn sure none of them wore a mask and they were were probably all in a small room.
