LTsatch, thanks for the kind words. As I said in my initial preamble, I've lurked forever but finally decided it was time to join the fight. Trust me, I'm used to dealing with conflict so, I won't be easily deterred. However, it would be nice if Kepler would jump in as well because a.) he's very good at linking to good info that effectively supports his arguments and b.) based on all of things I've read of his in these forums the last number of years, he's probably the smartest person I've never actually met c.) we both married sugar mommas so....there's that! :D

I made a terrible decision. I went over to the D-1 thread to post the technical medical description video I found. And then I read.

My God, the level of pure Dumpy delusion there is incredible. I'm going to quarantine here from now on. It's just too dangerous over there.

C'mon Kep, stay strong. As my USCHO Forums idle, it would be an honor to battle the Maga Misfits with you. :D

Re: Covfefe-19 part 6: Waiting For Advice from Kid Rock and Tiger Woods now.

Is there still a lag on test results? Should we look at yesterday's number testing positive and think of it as people tested a week ago?

Michigan is almost up to 1 in every 700 residents has tested positive. To help my brain picture the number, a game at Michigan Stadium would have 150 people infected at the start of the game.

“People are beginning to understand that the best way that we can slow the spread and actually avoid death is by this stay-at-home standard, going out only for essential services,” Texas governor Greg Abbott told the channel.

This on April 4. Are they still getting their news via Pony Express?

Texans always been a bit slow on the uptake.

Re: Covfefe-19 part 6: Waiting For Advice from Kid Rock and Tiger Woods now.

I would think Walz would be fooked. Fed > State.

Not in Trumpworld. Fed is the 'backup'.

He even told the states to go out and get the stuff for themselves, so.........................

If you hadn't posted that incredible vid (which I need to finish) I wouldn't have seen it. So you have to just "keep coming back" as they say in some recovery programs I've heard about...I notice no one from 'over there' comes 'over here'...it's a shame there has to be one side or the other even here...but, guess that's typical. So, I hope you'll consider at least posting that good stuff here, if you aren't going to post it there. Lots of people value it. It's LONG PAST the blame game we have to find a way to get through this with honesty and level heads. We aren't going to get that from Trump (there's going to be a lot of deaths, but gee, let's open the ball parks). I could give a rats azz about how many snowmobile deaths there are in Maine. I care about my daughter who lives in Maine, and how safe she is going to be. Carry on.

I guess Virginia benefits from having an MD as gov, extending the SIP Order til June 10. He must be the first to extend shut down that far that early.

Dump will probably have him as a WH guest to recognize his foresight.

That's exactly why I posted it there. Cyril and Methodius.

So net presence is kepler. Got it.
I'm really kicking myself for not coming up with a couple backup accounts years ago. Any new signups within the last year or so would just be suspicious.

Unless there is a timing glitch and they belong to yesterday, CA has already reported 300 new cases for today, just 5 hours in (the days are GMT which is ET+4). They had 1400* cases yesterday and have been sharply spiking upwards. They could be ready for their close up Mr. DeMille.

* For perspective, NY had 11,000 new cases. In one day.
On the worldometers site pretty much every night around 11 pm central time or a little after Cali posts 2-300 new cases and a few new deaths. Frequently they remain the only US new cases for a number of hours. Don’t know if it’s one city just eager to update, or maybe slow to update from the day before.

The trick is to popularize the straight man account first, then slowly ramp up the crazy burner account. That's what I did with FlagDUDE.

Thanks. I notice that 7 hours later only those data points have still reported. I suspect they are either lag adjustments from prior days or just errors. I'm not going to pay any attention to the Worldmeter data until about 1800 GMT from now on.
