Re: Covfefe 19: now in 3D

How are you feeling rufus?

I feel fine. My head feels a bit stuffed up, and I'm not sure whether I still have a slight fever, or just being paranoid. Yesterday was the first day I didn't feel full-on feverish, like the first day of it, or freezing cold chills, like the next couple days.

I'm gonna guess I'm ok, but I still have that fear that I really might have it with just very light symptoms, and am worried about still possibly spreading it around. I have the next two days to be still stuck inside before I have to go back to work. I'm just wondering what kind of work there's gonna be for me over the coming months if this continues.

For Brent:

Whatever it takes to do that, that’s what I’d like to see,” Fauci, a medical doctor, said during an appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union,” adding that elderly and immunocompromised individuals are not the only people at risk.

“Younger people should be concerned for two reasons: You are not immune or safe from getting seriously ill,” he said. “So protect yourself. But remember: You could also be a vector or a carrier. ... That’s why everybody’s got to take this seriously.”

Two ER doctors test positive.

Bad enough that the number of cases may overwhelm the number of available beds, but when our medical response gets compromised when numbers of healthcare workers start coming down with it, then we're really ****ed.

My nephew is doing his residence at Mass General. I'm sure as a resident, he'll get assigned to wherever they need him, which we all know where that will be and how many hours in a day it will be.

Re: Covfefe 19: now in 3D

There are people that are more at risk, due to other medical conditions, etc (like me).

That being said, are we going to chastise dx because he went through with his wedding and reception last night? Hmm? Anyone who was feeling at-risk or was possibly feeling ill did not go to said wedding (including me). What about other events such as that?

As for groceries, you don't need to go to the grocery store to get groceries. You can have them delivered via online purchase.

Wash your hands, cough into your elbow, sanitize, don't shake hands with others, etc etc etc.

While I'm being much more cautious, IMO if one is 100% healthy, and follows all the sanitary practices (and then some), one should not be paralyzed from living life.

You need food, right? So a grocery store. Or how about filling your car up with gas (I'd have to imagine gas stations are not the best examples of cleanliness). I'm not a hoarder, never will be, I think that is an over-reaction, but yeah, I need stuff.

Both Target and Walmart sell groceries and both have online ordering with curbside pick up. Avoid the crowds.

Excuse me if I don't take advice from the guy who also said if someone gets it, they will die.

Also gonna get kids meals and families unemployment.

Walz is an awesome Governor his announcement is perfection.

Love his tone. Pretty much saying "Yep. This sucks and is gonna suck more. Here's how we're dealing with it. Here's how you can deal with it. Please, DEAL WITH IT."

Hey he brought hockey back he rulez!!!! 1!!!

I wonder if the Iron Rangers will hate this socialism too. We know the Cakeaters will...

Much of my Edina hood has been screaming to close the schools since Friday, and some were already setting up ways to help feed kids, so not all cake eaters!
