To be fair, that's below their average.

I don't know how good this data is (with nations lying nobody does) but it's thorough anyway.

Re: Covfefe-19 2020 part the second: Wash Your Hands

Similar situation here... “the Wife” and I have been planning a trip to Europe (parts still unknown) to celebrate our 25th anniversary this Spring. Also targeting the end-of-May timeframe, but we are close to bagging that whole idea due to multiple travel uncertainties. While we are both rather disappointed that we cannot celebrate our Silver anniversary as we wanted to, I told her that I would still love her next year, and we can try it again then.

Our exact same celebration is Sept. And includes a cruise out of Spain. Maybe by then, but who knows.

So we apparently had a manager come into work feeling sick...the day after he got back from Milan. Where we just stopped flying to. Because of COVID-19.

To put DX's mind at ease...they disinfected the every single desk overnight before I came in today.

Re: Covfefe-19 2020 part the second: Wash Your Hands

Regarding lewsp's comments about equipment and available bed shortages being one of the major contributors to how bad this will get, we have this.

Robert Kadlec, the assistant secretary for preparedness and response, had taken over the Strategic National Stockpile — which is supposed to store this sort of equipment — in 2018. But when authorities in Washington state, the epicenter of the U.S. outbreak, urgently requested 233,000 respirators and 200,000 surgical masks, they initially received just half of what they had asked for.

And this is at the earliest stages.

He's a goddam American hero. That is a work ethic to be admired. I wish more people were like that.

Wait a minute. Strike that. Reverse it. Thank you. ;)

Re: Covfefe-19 2020 part the second: Wash Your Hands

dx didn't expect him to call in sick, when he wasn't sick (really sick).

good workers don't do that :D

He was at least feeling sick. A good worker calls in. ;)

A good worker also does NOT call in sick, just because they don't feel like working that day.

Perfect

Can you repeat the part of the stuff where you said all about the things?
