Cops: No Snarky Nor Positive Title

I wasn't trying to pretend anything. Just pointing out that you guys are incorrect. No cop got shot. No cop got beaten to death. I realize that real facts don't matter to the circle jerk club, but I tend to think they're important.

So just downplay the fact that cops were beaten- awesome. That's a fact. Downplay the fact that cops were pepper sprayed- that's a fact, too. And the reactions to both were completely different than had the people were black, unless you are trying to deny the peaceful protests for BLM that happened in the summer that turned confrontational.

Calling people part of the circle jerk club REALLY emphasizes that you are who you are. Thanks for pointing that out.

Maybe in Hollywood, but not in real life. I would dare say an Olympic gold medalist couldn't do that with any certainty, let alone your average cop.

I recall looking up a stat when there was a big issue in NYC, when the NYPD shot almost 100 rounds at a guy and only landed like 8 hits. I looked up some stats, and NYPD happens to keep stats on shots fired vs hits on target. They averaged close to 6% accuracy in the field vs around 90% on the shooting range.

2) Would Officer Sicknick be alive if not for 1/6? And before you go pedantic on the bit because apparently you think being snarky means you are smart or something give odds since we cant honestly know anything.
3) Do you think being an ass makes you any better than the rest of us? Because honestly it just makes you an ass.

But for the sake of honesty I did not know the autopsy ruled otherwise but as such I admit my statement was incorrect. Officer Sicknick died of "natural causes" because he had 2 strokes. Now I would argue those strokes were likely caused because of the riot (or whatever your pedantic snark is gonna call it) but at least in the article I read in WaPo the examiner did not specify that just said he died of the strokes and not allergic reactions to the bear spray. Also no medical history has been released so we have no clue if he has pre-existing conditions. So based on what we know now I will still blame the [insert pedantic word for rioters] for what happened just as I will blame people who died of respiratory problems stemming from COVID on COVID and blame the people who die of stuff like Pneumocystis on whatever destroyed their immune system. (often AIDS) YMMV.

No. Just Bear Sprayed and another crushed but not dead. Likely died from the Spray. Seems logical to me. I doubt they test Bear Spray on humans so they probably don't know much about it yet.

Everyone who breached the Capital should be convicted of Treason and given the Death Penalty. This includes our former President. But, we don't do that anymore. We prefer to shoot African Americans at traffic stops.

I never said a cop got shot, I said he got beaten to death. If you are going to point out an incorrect statement, at least be accurate.

Duh.

And a cop WAS assaulted, and later died- and that death is still quite questionable. So it's still quite likely that a cop died due to an assault. Saying that it's factually wrong is factually incomplete. Just sayin.

But the greater POINT was that all of these assaults (and there are so far 40 charged of assaulting cops) were met with pretty tame responses relative to simple stops that lead to deaths of black people. You could at least recognize that there is a clear and obvious difference. Instead, you pretend to care about accuracy, which may not even be incorrect in the first place- we will see.

The fact that you miss the latter is why you are getting insulted. Too bad you can't see that.

Do you honestly see a difference between assaulted and dying a being beaten to death? Dead is dead, and it was intentional.

At this point, it's still an open question if Sicknick died from being assaulted or not. And if you are not aware of Sicknick, then how can you correct things?

And cops were, in fact, beaten- by a hockey stick, by a flag pole, and I'm sure there have been other creative ones among the 40 so far charged.

In the context of THIS thread, the comparison to BLM or black people getting pulled over is the important point. You don't seem to care about that.
