Two of the three suspects involved in the carjackings at Lunds & Byerlys grocery stores in Saint Louis Park and Edina have been arrested, third is still at large.

When things hit the suburbs, time to get to work. ;^)

Nope, the judge specifically told the jurors they could go home for Christmas and resume deliberation on the other side of it.

I think they just wanted to put the killer in the clink. When her lawyer asked for her to be released on bail until sentencing the judge told him GTFO.

Tots and pears. Oopsie's not an excuse for murder anymore.

Extra entitlement points for MSNBC's initial crowd reaction, which was to interview a white 20-something who talked about how her parents had been keeping up with the case and how this would be good for the black community.

Was the defense's argument truly that "she intended to grab her taser"? What freshman law student allowed that to happen?

The prosecution argued negligence and the defense flat out admitted the incident did not warrant deadly force. That anyone things a guilty verdict is a surpise...

That has been her story since Day 1. Not much her lawyers can do about that.
