Basically said that they brought the wrong charges because of the wording of Third Degree Murder. I believe it was unanimous.

He still is serving time for Manslaughter but it will be much less time.

I’ll be honest - not so sure the cops were over the top on this one. It doesn’t matter if you know you’re as clean as Mother Theresa. When the cops ask for your ID, you give it to them.

It isn't the number of killings that will convince them. The killings are justified because the cops said so. Most people don't think the Earps were bad guys too.
