Actually, you can order and buy a Taurus SHO with a couple special option packages and have the same thing as the PI Sedan with the EcoBoost package.
I know that because I'm thinking about the SHO on my list (see: Cars thread). The NDHP is running PI Sedans. Now why would I want as much or more than them ...
