Conspiracy Theory Du Jour

Speaking of Obama, it's his last day, right? If he's gonna take all our guns, set up FEMA death camps, and implement Sharia law, he better get moving.

Re: Conspiracy Theory Du Jour

I thought his new shtick was he's sane now?

Beck was never sane. He's always been a mental case, he just found other ways of channeling it that were less destructive and more beneficial to him and his net worth. Namely, replacing addictions to booze and pot, with addictions to Mormonism and right-wing politics.

He's never recovered from his addiction to the sound of his own voice though.

Re: Conspiracy Theory Du Jour

According to Glenn Beck, the women's march was orchestrated by Soros and radical Islam.

Wow. This made my brain asplode a bit. I wish I could post something witty but my brain doesn't even know what way to go with this

I thought that the women's march was initially organized months ahead of time, originally to serve as a celebration of Hilliary's election??

Then they had to scramble to re-purpose it after November 8?

As far as I know (and that isn't much) that is not true. I believe the march was actually a confluence of several separate ideas that cropped up just after the election. The organizers then combined them under the umbrella of women's issues, and women became the primary focus because of the particularly disgusting implications for women of the election.

However at the march I saw lots of support for financial reform, as well as protection of LGBTQ, immigrants and other groups under attack by Republicans in general and Trump in particular.

Ah, yes, George Soros. The man who owns and controls everything. Yet despite his immense power he still let Donald Trump win.

I never quite get why the people who howl the most about Soros are perfectly silent about the dozen or more Soros Equivalents on the right.

Flag at least is consistent in calling them all out as Reptilian Illuminati who work at Bilderberg and frolic at Bohemian Grove. I mean... I can respect that. :p

Where I was there were plenty of GOP people there protesting. They felt the current admin was not representative of what they believed and felt they needed to speak up
