Re: Commitment List 2013

Looks like we are seeing some of the aftermath of that Financial aid issues with those latest two commitments. Hart is from Texas and Hennessey is from PA. The previous two (Yorke and Scott) are from familiar hunting grounds for Eddie. At least we will have a more diverse roster next year.:cool:

who knows what any of that will bring??... as for the 4 guys listed for Oz, 2 BIG dmen and 2 middle of the road forwards as far as scoring is concerned,Ed will have to step it up to make up for 14 seniors gone, but we have time for that............I think:confused::D:eek::rolleyes:

Students in the Whiteout line witnessed Eddie giving tours - not 1, not 2, but 3 tours to recruits just hours before the puck dropped...players and parents were very impressed with the WTOP facilities - they dropped in as the crew was broadcasting the women's game that afternoon....

Re: Commitment List 2013

Woahhhhh... Hold up.

Oswego has players committing who don't require a passport to get to Oswego? Say whaaa? ;):p :rolleyes:

Re: Commitment List 2013

Some schools don't bother to report commitments until they've actually shown up on campus and registered for class :D

Re: Commitment List 2013

In all most all cases it's the Junior team reporting that their player has committed to "X" college not the other way around. I would agree that some coaches are more willing to discuss recruiting than others, but coaches have little control over what junior teams decide make public.

Somehow, Norwich does a good job of keeping most of those kinds of announcements under the radar. Some people complain about the news embargo that seems to exist for Cadets recruits.

Re: Commitment List 2013

That takes rocket science - of course - Nothing is ever official until the kids report to campus in the fall.

Nothing is ever official until the student has a schedule of classes and their balance is $0.00!

Re: Commitment List 2013

And because it came from the PREZident, it's now an executive order.

Oh, snap.
No No No! It predates the Prez.

HE said it....
