I'm sure you are all aware of the "save college sports" bill going on, where the end goal is basically maga, and removing the ability for players to collectively bargain for salaries, which lets the adults keep making a shit ton of money on college sports.

So ESPN has decided that they are going to be political, and had Ted Cruz on College Game Day, and between him and Saban, they took the very conservative side and asked the moron to be on Game Day to sign the bill into law. FFS.

It's crazy that ESPN is now more conservative than Fox Sports. But they are.

I guess I will watch more Premier League on Saturday before football starts.

It’s been a long time since Game Day was at its peak. Go back a ways and Corso was doing actual analysis of plays and formations. Then it slowly morphed into the human interest stories and gambling and now it’s just McAfee yelling while Saban questions his life choices.

Breakdown of spending within the B1G for 2026…. Iowa by far is punching the hardest above their weight. Maryland and Nebraska seem to be the biggest underperforming.

And not surprising at all how quickly the budget expands for the top 7 schools.
