While I see that they are having a bad season, but really? Can someone from Wisconsin explain why now? And with apparently no benefit of the doubt from previous seasons that went well?

In addition to a decline from some very good football years, I think they see that recruitment success has been lacking. I don't know the college football game very well, but I suppose that might be a factor in midseason change, as well as the perception that he was "local talent." And alumni donors, of course.
