This is always going to be the issue. No matter what they do, any single loss means they arent deserving and never have been across their entire history or future.

Perception is undefeated sadly.

No national title this year. Would've liked to see what they could've done with Milton. Nearly had the onside kick as well.

Would be a lot different game with Milton at QB. Mack isn't doing awful but he's missed on a couple key opportunities.

Considering LSU was missing 6-7 defensive backs, the hurt QB thing falls on deaf ears.

I'm not sure playing with a backup quarterback they were a top 4 team. But in college football there are usually only about two teams good enough to win the playoffs. Is UCF, even healthy, one of them? Probably not. Can they play to the level of some of the teams that have made the top 4. Yes.

UCF played no where near the competition ND and GA did. Clemson and Alabama are light years ahead of everyone.

They should have invited Washington State and FAU just to have Leach, Kiffin and Saban at the same press conference. It literally didn't matter past the first two, which seemed to be obvious by mid October.

Florida offered a 2 for 1...UCF turned it down.

I fully believe Florida would be laughed out of the room if they offered that deal to any other Top 10-15 team. But apparently UCF won't play anyone big. Give them a fair deal, and see what happens....

You don't become equal to a Florida because you went 25-1 against a schedule including 4 Power 5 teams. Just like Marshall in 98-99 wasn't suddenly getting home and homes with West Virginia.

Have FLA call up IA, WI, ND, and offer a 2 for 1. That meeting will last 2 seconds.

Want to shut down the arguments, offer a fair deal, and play the games. UCF should not have to bend backwards to appease the college football gods. Again, I do not claim UCF is better...I ask that they get a fair shot.
