The tide will turn/is turning. Harbaugh already has michigan well ahead of schedule and msu will be losing cook. Msu has underachieved this year despite the good record.

Good to know you've been waiting three weeks to pull this out.

I see your program still hasn't changed at all. Will you ever learn? See you next year in EL.

So that means you can't take a bad call to lose a game, then. Welcome to the club.

LOL!!!

Re: College Football 2015-16: The Big Ten Rises

Having heard that the entire team was behind the protesting group, this isn't surprising. Shocking, perhaps, but not surprising.

Not the entire team, there was a report that an anonymous player was pi**ed and said it wouldn't be happening if they were doing well, but the general consensus was that most of the team supported it.

Apparently this has been a growing issue for a few weeks now and just escalated after the football team joined? From what I've read, grad students were given a day's notice before their healthcare was stopped, there were many instances of racism on campus that he refused to comment on, and then there was a video posted that showed him telling a group of black students that there is only systematic oppression because they believe there is systematic oppression.

Haven't read the part about the grad students, nor the parts about the president talking to students. Heard about a few instances on the NPR report, where the president reacted by doing nothing. Sounds like a bad situation all around.

Sounds like we will hear this afternoon if the game is on. Since they got what they asked for, seems like they will play.

None of these top 4 ranks matter much right now.

A Big 12 undefeated Baylor or OSU will get in.
Clemson, Ohio State seem to control their own destiny.
I'd say Alabama has a very low risk of dropping out, but with a loss there is always a chance.

Notre Dame needs help. Iowa would get Ohio States spot if they win out. Until then Iowa has zero chance.

I know. I was just issuing a warm invitation to the Haters. :)

Final rankings could be pushed back to Dec. 13th if Navy is in contention. I think that's awesome.

Iowa and OSU will play and thus one will make it through there. Same with ND and Stanford, and you can probably throw Utah into that group too if Stanford plays them. And Clemson and Alabama probably control their destiny. The big question is what happens with the Big12 teams; if they all have one loss I think they're the odd man out. Heck, even an undefeated team from the Big12 only played 4 weeks of real football.

Tracy Claeys gets a three year deal at Minnesota, taking the interim off of his Head Coach position.

Probably not a bad move, or not one that was unexpected, but it'll be interesting to see if a three year deal hurts at all in recruiting.
