College Football 2015-16: Bowls, Playoffs, and Offseason

Re: College Football 2015-16: Bowls, Playoffs, and Offseason

Please, Jesus, let them recover their onside kick and have one shot.

Who would have thought that 40 points wouldn't be enough for Clemson to win tonight?

Clemson has a very young team for the most part, and coupled with some strong recruiting classes over the last 4-5 years...hopefully Clemson can be on this stage again in the near future.

The CFP champion has played MSU every year. Put Furman on your championship watchlist for next year.

Over/Under was set at 50.5...just barely won for the over.

I had read prior to the game that Vegas was hoping for Alabama to win (futures betting) but Clemson to cover. Nice to see the bookmakers finally get a W. :p:D:D

Disappointing result for my Tigers. It was a great run, great season, and given the injury situation, I thought they played about as good as they could. If you had told me four hours ago that Clemson would score 40 points, outrush Alabama, and Watson would put up 400+ passing yards and 4 TDs...I would have been a pretty happy camper. Special teams (expected) and big plays for Alabama (unexpected) won the Crimson Tide a national title.

Clemson should be a top-5 team next season with another shot at the Playoff. Hopefully they get back and take it all next season.

Ugh, one of the locker room shots reminded me Bobby Williams has another ring now.

Not saying it's fair or correct, but despite his performance in the Rose Bowl, Christian McCaffrey probably starts next season as #2 on the Heisman list. Shoulda won it this year.

I like the picture going around of Mark Ingram and Derrick Henry standing next to each other. It's nice of Alabama to gather the guys who should have lost to Stanford players in one place.

All you need to know about CMac's actual chances of winning the Heisman next year is that whenever he had a great play during the Rose Bowl, Brent Musberger immediately had to also mention Leonard Fournette EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I'm not sure how they can conference and decide after it only one had a chance to see it in the first place. He should've gone up right away. Doesn't matter I guess since pylon cam confirmed.

And then don't put 13 seconds back on the clock after looking at the review. Moot point but it could have been huge either way if Clemson gets that onside kick.
