Be nice to see both Bama and Fla lose today. SC was within 3 pts last time I checked the score.

I don't mind running up the score in college football. Because sadly, score matters to the bozo's who vote on polls.

what choice do they have... the polls reward big wins, and they are desperately trying to get a bcs bid... when they squeaked out a couple wins earlier, all the commentary on sportscenter and the like was about how that those close wins were unconvincing in the eyes of the voters...

Their 9th TD was conventional. That's all they need to do. Trick plays are rubbing it in, with that kind of lead. Normal pass- they would have scored anyway.

We've had a lot of injuries and don't have any LB depth. When you lose three guys who are now starting in the NFL from your starting line-up, its hard to replace them. The replacements are also playing hurt, but this is pathetic.

I think the Ting brothers would be better than this.

Unless Pitt chokes this away, this will be Notre Dame's fourth loss and the Irish will officially be out of BCS contention.

PITT is trying to keep ND in this. 3rd and 2 and they pass instead of going to Dion Lewis.

ND punt return TD because PITT's first guy thought he was playing for USC and didn't wrap him up and went for the big hit.

PITT: Epic Fail.

Brent points out that ND went for a pass on 4th and 2 instead of running for it.

He ignores the obvious fact that when you are down big you have to gamble. But when you are up big you don't take stupid risks.

The play was to the TE and the TE didn't even know what he was supposed to do. Nice gameplan. :rolleyes:
