So what if some Bison fans think they'd beat Alabama or Clemson....doesnt make them right.
Also they don't run the Athletic Department either and those people aren't stupid enough to destroy a great thing.

I know people within the NDSU athletic department that are pushing for a move up...one of which believes a Big 12 jump is possible.

Oh, it's over. Lawrence has been off his game most of the night, and LSU has been lights out in the red zone. Disappointing end for Clemson. But, they should be back in the mix next season.

Well, the move is delusional. That being said, if NDSU actually had the opportunity to move to the Big 12, they would be idiots not to take it.
The people I know are one level below the top decisionmakers. Lets call them at the 1-AA level.

They were very good. Not the best ever. Defensively they were were not great.

Seems like going to bed at halftime didn't miss much- the biggest change was when LSU adjusted for Clemson's D plan, and then just picked them apart like they have done for everyone else. Took a few drives to figure it out, but once they did, it was over.
Makes me think that coaches should spend some time anticipating how the other team will react, and then come up with a 2nd and 3rd plan.
Well done by LSU's coaches, and very much well done by the Heisman winner- of what I saw, Burrow hit what he needed to hit after the changes. Especially the tightly covered passes, where the DB didn't bother looking back- he made them look like fools.
One really impressive thing that I saw from that O- the timing. And it's just just a simple curl or out pass- but those bump and runs. It's as if they heavily practiced how much time they had to contact the defender before running down the sideline. Either that, or they came up with some very creative timing markers for the QB to note. That was very, very impressive.
