I assume there is just a standing rule that PAC-12 officials will handle this game?
The crew for the NCAA title game is an "All-Star" crew from a Power 5 conference that is NOT represented in the playoff.
Holy ****. LSU might be the best team I’ve ever seen play. Good lord.
Back a number of years ago when they battled Bama for the NC, they had NFL-ready defensive talent. This team can score. Crazy to think that this QB left another program so he could play.
How is it only the beginning of the second half?
$$$$$$$$$$
Maybe. However, they are dominating at the D2 level to a point never seen before. Barring a home upset a few years ago, and they would have 9 straight championships. At some point, you would think they would want to challenge themselves.
And never play for a national title again.
It's not their fault the rest of the FCS (formally D1-AA BTW not D2) can't beat them. Get better.
Call it whatever you want, it is still the second division.
And congrats to LSU. Very deserving national champion.
So what if it is.
I'd rather win a "second division" national title than move up and never even have a chance at one.
