Re: College Footbal 2009: Anybody want to be in the Top 5?

Looked like a fumble to me.

Edit: and its confirmed by replay.

Moronic idea to take on three tacklers there. Get down, Sage.

The NFL replay booth needs to be more like the college replay booth in challenging almost anything close.

But not challenging everything guys.

We need a middle ground.

I dunno, I just got off the phone.

But from what I've seen out of the corner my eye for the past 10 minutes, that's a possibility.

Is this OSU-Purdue game on TV anywhere? Potential upset brewing.

While I wasn't looking, Iowa took the lead against Wisco. It'll be interesting to see how far they climb if they hold on for the W.

Re: College Footbal 2009: Anybody want to be in the Top 5?

Upset alert cancelled:

#1 Richmond 31
Maine 14

Maine headed for their fourth loss of the season in which they lead in the second half (Albany, Syracuse, Delaware, Richmond).

The other three wins? OT over D-II St. Cloud, by 10 over historically bad Northeastern, and by 3 over Hofstra who gifted Maine 7 turnovers.

Speaking of the CAA - does UNH still try to win games 56-30?

Might be interesting to catch them when they travel to Bill&Mar next month...

Re: College Footbal 2009: Anybody want to be in the Top 5?

Wow. How disapppointing that this game would be so dictated by officiating, because it's an entertaining game.

Re: College Footbal 2009: Anybody want to be in the Top 5?

Yeah, it's over now.

OU's defense was asked for too much. They can't beat their offense, the refs, and Texas.

Turn around you idiot!

Brutal PI call. Brutal. He turned his head.

Uh, gee, he had hold of the left arm. That was a total penalty (and a good one, since it would have been a TD without that penalty). Now, UT scored anyway, but that is besides the point.
