It was approved today though.

Did you know Joe Thornton was traded? I had no idea.

He was traded to Canada in February, for some reason he seems to have disappeared about 2 weeks later.

Northwestern's Kevin Coble will forgo senior season

Definitely some stunning news. He was going to be the star on what was looking like Northwestern's first ever tourney team. Instead he'll finish his degree in December.

It sounds like the foot injury is worse than expected. But it's also known basketball has never been his number one priority after taking a year off to be with his mom who was diagnosed with cancer. This kid was pure class, and it'll be sad to see him go. The good news is he can't go off for 25+ against MSU at Breslin again.
