If there is a surprise team in the ECAC this year it has to be St Lawrence.
I certainly didn't see the St Lawrence debacle coming but watched the first 4 goals against which included their changing goalies. OSU looked like they were laser focused. Talent everywhere and working like a well oiled machine.
Mostly disagree. Team Chemistry does not happen automatically. It requires the right kind of players and hard work. It also stems from a willingness to test your players with the strongest possible schedule. Most any top level team that could have added the 6 players that the yuckeyes added through the transfer portal would be a laser focused team...
Agreed 100%.... with talent everywhere. The fact that they have that and still have competitive games with the top teams in the WCHA says something about the league.
I liked the Ohio State - Colgate matchup but when you speak of chemistry I wish those games had been a little later in the season as it was pretty obvious our chemistry wasn't that good in our very first game of the season.Mostly disagree. I also believe that Colgate will continue to benefit from its willingness to schedule tough non-conference opponents. Colgate is appreciated.

and Colgate still has one loss
Not quite true, the second game against Ohio State even though it went into overtime was officially a loss and the loss against Duluth makes it two losses.
