Almost the entire Brazilian legislature and IIRC the prior three presidents are under indictment. The Brazilians I know (full disclosure, they voted for Bolsanaro) say it's the most corrupt political class on Earth (an Earth that includes Russia) and everybody is a crook.

In Dover, UK the police arrested senior citizens who had joined the climate march. A 91-year old man was arrested while he was giving a television interview.

They were lying down in the middle of the road, blocking traffic. Do that, and yes you're going to be arrested.

The guy was giving an interview on live TV, not lying in the middle of the road. Besides, how can you be sure they didn't just fall over and were having trouble getting up?

The road was closed anyway, from what I could tell. The cops had blocked it. Maybe the police should be arrested.
