New coach, no league, not many wins, and a hard time filling an independent schedule because of distance. If only the NCAA could make them exempt like they do the Alaskas. Its a long road, the CCHA should have accepted them last season. The CCHA must have known something to not take UAH.

Several members of the CCHA voted against accepting UAH due to the travel involved. It had nothing to do with their prognosis on the future of the UAH program. There is no talk in Huntsville of dumping the program.

A rumor involving DU, UND, Miami and others who may wish to start a new conference in the wake of the Big 10...it's a solid rumor, but still just a rumor.

As a long term Black Bear fan I love Hockey East but the Big Ten will be the best hockey. A challenge every game. Hard to compete with Big Ten Hockey and I fear so many of the top players will want to play in the Big Ten. But I still can't wait to see Big Ten hockey!!!!!:D:D:D:D:D

Many players already play for Big Ten schools. And if the Big 10 schools are so dominant, how come only one was in the tourney?

Are you kidding me?!? Has he talked to anyone in Huntsville? He doesn't have any contacts, hell, he hasn't heard from anyone other than the other voice in his head (aka technohusky).
