Re: Campaign 2016 Part XXIII: The Penultimate Thread

A wife's work laptop? Not hubby's.

But when hubby and wifey both use the same home computer at home, that's joint communal property within marriage*. That's why divorce documents go through and list out who gets what of the communal property.

*Yes, that assumes it was bought after marriage. If not, if one or other owned it before, agree, stickier. It then belongs to whomever brought it into the marriage.

And if they don't? Everything I've read says the laptop is Weiner's. His, and his alone.

If that's the case, how his wife's personal emails ended up on his computer could be an interesting question for him to have to answer.

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XXIII: The Penultimate Thread

The nice people of Utah are getting robo-calls this week from a white nationalist Trump supporter informing them that Evan McMullin is a closeted homosexual.

hope they are sharing that the homo's adopted a negro girl too!!

You're reading stuff that is that specific? Weiner's computer. Or are they calling it that when it is community property. We don't know that.

And how Huma's stuff got on there is no longer of consequence at one level: The FBI has a warrant for Huma's emails on there and not just Weiner's kiddy porn. If Weiner is a schmuck and was reading Huma's emails, that's on him. It just happened to train wreck others.

stretch. if her email was open on that laptop then she logged in and opened it up with her password. any other excuse is a stretch.

Yeah, they wanted it out so bad they sat on it for weeks before telling Comey what they had,.

huh?

Oh... I see what the problem is here -- You're under the impression that the federal government works quickly and efficiently. :p

Crazy guy on a crowded subway train tonight shilling for Jill Stein.

Who the heck shares a laptop in a well off household. My wife has a laptop, I have a laptop. I have a desktop. I'm posting from my phone. There are several amazon fires in the house. Bull**** on Carlos and huma sharing a laptop.

I can name more than a few well-to-do neighbors with one primary household computer (at the mahogany desk in the den) and then each have their own iPad or Surface plus a phone.

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XXIII: The Penultimate Thread

Here is what I posted about Trump on July 18, in the Campaign thread:

So roughly 3.5 months ago? How many times since have you crowed about Hillary? Could put the count at 25 to 1? 50 to 1? More? I'd guess the results are similar for the remaining 2/3 of the triumvirate of Not a Trumpster. Forgive me if I don't pat you on the back for your self-proclaimed neutrality. :)

Really they share laptops? I see little difference between a I pad or surface and a laptop

Show me where I claim to be neutral. Trump is a turd and I'd never vote for him. But piling on Trump doesn't exactly make you a lone wolf in a USCHO political thread. I mean there is beating a dead horse, and then there is you guys. My intent has been to point out HRC's obvious flaws. Heaven knows no one else in this sheep pen will do it.

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XXIII: The Penultimate Thread

"Sheep pen"
-Not a Trumpster

Methinks thou....

Anyway Biden's reaction (near the end of this 1:01 clip) to being told the latest e-mail kerfuffle stems from Anthony Wiener is priceless: Biden on Anthony Weiner :D

My wife and I share all our devices except for work systems.

The one place I draw the line is my Kindle. I hate having to paw through her stuff to go to mine.

Re: Campaign 2016 Part XXIII: The Penultimate Thread

No I'm not. "Decades" of public serve and a "you're kidding" suggests the list must be long. Nothing comes to mind for me so I thought I'd ask her groupies.

Children's Health Insurance program for one. Well liked around the globe as Secretary of State number two. I could go find (for details I can't remember off the top of my head) about a dozen more.

The Clinton Foundation actually gets very high marks as a charity, though I don't know what role she has had in its success.
