I don't think so. They've got their voters so buffaloed they'll swallow any charge of voter fraud (except those against GOP operatives obviously). This is a no lose for them: if they can gum up the works they might slow-walk the whole process and hurt turnout in a blue county; if they have on the ground assistance from their Bat Boy governor they might even be able to suppress a lot of Democratic votes, and even if they get swatted down they will add fuel to the prairie fire they have lit among their voters that "it's rigged."
And if they de-legitimatize democratic institutions in the pursuit of narrow partisan advantage, well, that's just tough luck.
The only way to stop these guys is to vote them all out. The extant political right is a cancer. Even if it is gradually shrinking it could still kill the patient on its way out.
I think this might be a miscalculation on the GOP's part...the votes will end up being counted and they just look like they are crying wolf again.
